4. Handmade Products

All items are handcrafted. Minor variations in color, texture, stitching, or finish are natural characteristics of genuine leather and do not represent defects. Natural markings may occur and are considered part of the material’s authenticity.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on the website include applicable taxes.

Accepted payment methods:

• Cash on delivery (Romania only)

Prices may be updated without prior notice. Orders already confirmed remain valid at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

We ship both within Romania and internationally.

7. Personalized and Custom Orders

Personalized items (engraving, initials, custom dimensions, special colors, custom designs) are made specifically at the customer’s request.

These products cannot be returned, in accordance with consumer protection laws regarding items made to the customer’s specifications.

Standard, non‑personalized products may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Returns are not accepted for:

• personalized products

• custom‑made items

• used, worn, or damaged products

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect.

9. Warranty

All products benefit from a 2‑year legal warranty for manufacturing defects.

The warranty covers:

• loose stitching

• defective hardware

• structural issues caused by workmanship

The warranty does not cover:

• normal wear and tear

• exposure to water, fire, chemicals

• improper use

• damage caused by the customer

Depending on the situation, the product will be:
