1. General Conditions

We accept returns for standard, non‑personalized products within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

2. Non‑Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• personalized products (engraving, initials, custom text)

• custom‑made items (special dimensions, custom designs, special colors)

• used, worn, or damaged products

• items showing signs of improper handling

These items are made specifically at the customer’s request and are exempt from the right of withdrawal under consumer protection laws.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where:

• the product has a manufacturing defect

• the wrong item was delivered

In these situations, Atelier Toma will cover the return shipping.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will repair, replace, or refund the item depending on the situation.
